I gave this hotel a 10/10 based on their customer service. I had to call the hotel several times late in the eve/early morning hours due to my flight being delayed and ultimately canceled. The gentleman answering the phone was very friendly each time and let me cancel our room way past the contacted time. I would definitely use this hotel in the future based on that alone.

2nd time we've stayed here. Usual motel room and there is a lift. Plenty of parking. About a 20 minute walk to Old Town but if you walk in the opposite direction there are lots of different bars in little areas that are like villages. Very basic breakfast available but at least there is coffee and toast!

enjoyed my stay and it’s in a great location! hotel was great value and I would recommend staying here. the staff/owners were very sweet and accommodating. I would come back especially for a convention it’s a close walk less than 10 minutes.

Clean room. Cleaning lady was attentive to our arrival and as she was cleaning the room next door let us know if we needed anything to let her know. Ice machine was a plus. It's outside close to stairway so didn't have to go in office.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. I did have a little trouble finding the handicapped ramp, but it was no problem once found. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in that regard.
